Expert Guidance for Visitors Visa in Canada

A visitor visa (also called a temporary resident visa) is an official document required for residents of visa-required countries to go to and enter Canada as visitors. Visitor visas are non-immigrant visas that allow people to enter Canada temporarily for business, tourism, or short family visits.

Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), and Super Visa are three different types of visitor visas offered by Canada. To make your application process smoother, UW Immigration is here to assist you throughout your visitor visa application and approval. We can help you in the following ways;

  • The RCIC will carefully assess your qualifications to identify your eligibility for different immigration programs.
  • The RCIC will make you understand all the available programs and help you make the final decision.
  • The RCIC will create your immigration plan and guide you at every step once you select the program.
Programs

A Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) is an official document issued by a Canadian visa office that is stamped in your passport to prove that you have completed the conditions for temporary residency in Canada (either as a visitor, a student, or a worker).

For visa-exempt foreign people flying to Canada, an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is required. An eTA is electronically connected to a traveler’s passport. It is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first.

The super visa is a multiple-entry, long-term visa for parents and grandparents of permanent residents or Canadian citizens. The Parent and Grandparent Super Visa is a temporary residency visa that permits parents and grandparents to visit Canada for up to two years. It is good for a period of up to 5 years.

Whether it’s for sightseeing or leisure, the Canada Tourist Visa permits you to travel to a Canadian port of entry and request authorization to enter the country. Border Patrol Officers have the authority to accept your admission, depending on your documentation and situation. Acquire all the required documents beforehand.

Business visitor visas are designed to enable short-term stays for business purposes such as industry conferences, site visits, or training. A work visa is required if your firm transfers you to Canada.
